Question: Why does it look like my underarms are hairy when I just shaved them?
For some reason, even after I just shaved my underarms, there is a shadow that, when I lift up my arms, makes it look like they're hairy. I know that it's not my razor because I've changed it already and it's a new blade. I use a Venus Embrace.
How do I get rid of this? It's possibly the most annoying thing. Especially during the summer when you want to go to the beach and not have to worry about having hairy armpits.
Answer: Mine do the exact same thing. It's sooo frustrating.
The only thing that makes it even a little better is waxing, because the roots are out too, and you can see them through the skin when you shave.
Even after waxing, though, there's some sort of shadow. I've asked all my friends, and a lot of them have the same problem. It seems that underarms just have colors for some reason.
My aunt suggests using a dab of foundation, but I think it's kinda gross with deodorant.
