Question: Democrats, do you think the party should adopt the Republican winner take all approach?
Hillary Clinton would have already sealed up the nomination if we went to a winner take all approach like the Republicans have and there would not be such a divide in the Democratic party.
Answer: I've never felt so left out of the process and I've been voting for years. I like every last one of the democratic nominees more than the two I have to select from. I suppose I'll vote for Hillary because I can't vote for anyone who continues to go to a church where the minister preaches hate and prays that God **** America.
It's unbelievable that these two are what I have to select from for President as representing Democrats.
Then I could vote for Senator John McCain, who is 'against big government'. Who is he kidding? Thinks NAFTA is great and supports George W and Dick Cheney and their Republican Administration.
Oh' crap
I guess I'll vote for Hillary
Thanks

Question: What does the phrase “winner take all” mean in presidential elections?
Answer: If a Presidential Candidate gets the most votes in a state he can take all of that state's electors. The electors are members of what is called the Electoral College. The election is decided when a majority of the Electoral College has voted for a candidate. If there is no majority the picking of the President is left to the House of Representatives. The lower house of the U.S. Congress.
