My First Book of Toys by Landoll's is a colorful board book for infants. In the same series, there are other books; My First Book of Letters, My First Book of Numbers, My First Book of Pets and My First Book of Toys. Each page has colorful and cute illustrations. On the first page of this My First Book of Toys book, Mrs. Mouse, a cute little mouse wearing a skirt, is handing a rattle to a girls doll which is bigger than her. On the second page, a little girl mouse is with a big teddy wearing a bow tie. Then, Timmy Mouse is watching an airplane using his binoculars. Then he is waving at a train. After that, Timmy is stopping a red car. On the last page, there is a huge colorful ball.

The Fit-A-Shape books are interesting. They are tiny board books, measured only less than 4"x4" but if including the shapes, they measure 7 x 3.8 x 0.6 inches. They only really only have a few pages in each book. This one we are reviewing today is the Fit-A-Shape Toys book which as 4 pages. The book comes with 5 pieces of shapes, all toys of course.  You are supposed to fit each piece into the space provided on each page. The book retails for $5.95 and its weight is 4.8 ounces. My kids find all the Fit-A-Shape series fun. But, remember not to lose the pages or you will just have an ordinary, small, block book. This book is good for babies and pre-schoolers.
