One best places I know to find books about Lake Beach Toy is at Amazon:

Question: what are the federal and state restrictions for flying rc toys?

Like can you fly it at:

*home?

*others' homes?

*the freeway!?

*high altitudes (how much is high altitude, exactly?)?

*the beach?

*lakes (for fishing purposes)?

*parking lots (target or walmart, for example )?

other important restrictions!!!!

^^^^^I'm able to find all that stuff by myself but i think getting the source from real people it's a lot better than asking a box, (i don't have any rc flying toy yet, and never have had,) i want to buy a rc helicopter, so yeah that's why i'm wondering.

by the way any, recommendations?
could you please take my survey, please!?

Answer: I dont know where you are, so i'm just going to give you what I know in the United States.

Usually electric helicopters could be flown anywhere where there isn't a lot of people. I have a 400 sized helicopter which I fly at the park. Sometimes over people's heads, but im experienced enough to not crash it, and if there are mechanical problems, I could crash it into a spot AWAY from people. Because the cost of repairs would cost a lot less than a law suit to you.

Usually gas helicopters require you to be in a licensed airfield to be flown in because those could be deadly. But please note, any RC helicopter could be deadly. Even the ones made for children to play with. If it hits the eye, it could be the end of sight for any one person as we know it.

So to answer your questions:

yes, you could fly it in your home if youd like. Any damage done would be coming out of your pocket.

Yes, you could fly it in your friend's home. But please ask for their permission prior to doing so.

No, the freeway is not allowed. If you crash it on the freeway, a driver might hesitate and swerve out of control causing a massive collision, leading to an investigation which could lead to you, becoming a crime.

Yes, high altitudes. It must be lower than 500 feet, varying on the location you are at. If you are near the airport, you aren't allowed to fly it. You could fly it till you lose it. I'm actually not too sure on this, but I fly it high enough whereas its just like an ant on the table. Its about 500 feet.

The beach... Yes and no. How many people are there? You dont want to injure anyone.

Lakes, sure. just be sure not to crash the helicopter into the lake. The chemicals in the battery may pollute the water. So do not do it unless you guarantee yourself you wont have that thing fall into the water and pollute it.

Parking lots, sure you are allowed to. Just don't hit anyone's car. To be safe, try to find an empty one or one without too many cars.

Just keep in mind: Open space, not a lot of people, trees or powerlines, and you will be ok.

If you're just starting out, get the E-Flite Blade CX2 or CX3. Great helicopters.
